CHOCOLATE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines fudge brownie mix
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. water

FILLING:

24 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can of cherry pie filling (21 oz.)

NOTE: Use a springform pan for easy removal.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees for crust, cut butter into brownie mix until mixture is crumbly. Stir in water. Pat mixture into bottom of an ungreased 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.

Mix at low speed cream cheese, flour and sugar; add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour onto crust and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer. Cool completely then spoon cherry pie filling over top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
