EASY CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 crumb crust (vanilla wafer or graham cracker)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/3 c. condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Whip until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk and continue to beat until well blended. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Blend well. Pour into crust and put cherry filling on top.
