MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Dark Chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can chocolate fudge frosting

Mix together cake mix, eggs, water, oil and peanut butter in large bowl at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour batter in a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan. Sprinkle nuts over cake and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

During last 7 minutes of cooking time, sprinkle marshmallows over batter. Continue cooking until marshmallows are melted and lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool cake slightly before frosting. Yield: 12 large servings.
