HUCKLEBERRY POUNDCAKE MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. huckleberries (fresh or frozen)

Stir together flour and soda. Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Mix in yogurt, huckleberries and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture until moistened. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
