YUM-YUM COFFEE CAKE | |
3/4 c. sugar 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. nuts (chopped fine) 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 3/4 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla Thoroughly grease bundt pan. Mix first 3 ingredients. Dust pan with this mixture. Set aside remaining mixture. Blend rest of ingredients about 2 minutes, medium speed with mixer. Alternate batter and sugar-cinnamon mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. |
