STUFFING | |
1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. chicken gizzards or turkey gizzards 1 tsp. salt 1 c. green pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can vegetable soup 3 tbsp. butter 1 med. onion 1 c. croutons 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 c. sugar 2 cans gravy Boil gizzards. Mix everything together except gravy. Pour gravy in last and mix. Bake in casserole dish in oven at 325-350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Base with gravy if it gets too dry. |
