SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
2 c. herb croutons
1 minced onion
5 beaten eggs
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook spinach and drain well. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until firm. Roll into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 20 minutes.
