CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 1/2 bags Dutch puffed corn (12 oz.)
4 sticks butter or "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white syrup
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pecans, desired amount

Spray Pam into a big roaster. Put puffed corn and pecans in roaster and stir. In saucepan melt butter; add sugars and syrup. Cook for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and add soda. Mix with puffed corn and pecans in roaster, stirring thoroughly. Bake at 250 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Stir every 10 to 15 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to separate.
