MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
4 carrots, shredded
1 lg. onion, chopped

Combine ingredients. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture. Let stand 4 hours or overnight before serving.

DRESSING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and pour over macaroni. Makes enough for a social gathering.
