MACARONI SALAD 
2 to 3 carrots, shredded
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
12 to 16 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix carrots, green pepper, onion, celery, and macaroni together in a bowl.

Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients, and combine with the macaroni mixture.

This dressing is also good for cole slaw.
