UNSTUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 c. chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. butter or oil
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground hamburger
1 tsp. mustard
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In large skillet, cook onion and pepper in butter or oil until onion and pepper are soft. Add meat and brown. Spoon off any fat. Add salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Then add cabbage, caraway seeds, tomato sauce and water and ketchup. Cover and simmer until cabbage is soft. Serves 4.
