CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. light brown sugar
1 c. Mazola oil
2 sticks butter, room temp.
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. coconut extract
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
5 c. plain flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 (12 oz.) bags miniature chocolate chips

With electric mixer, combine sugars, butter and oil. Add baking soda, salt, vanilla and coconut flavorings. Add 3 cups flour and mix well. Remove from mixer and transfer to a larger bowl. Mixing with spoon, add 1 cup flour and 12 ounce chocolate chips; then add another cup of flour, 12 ounce chocolate chips and nuts. Mix until blended.
