MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
Combine 1 (5 to 10 ounce) jar marshmallow cream, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Remove form heat.

Add 2 (6 ounce) packages or 1 (12 ounce) package Jumbo package (2 cups) Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate morsels and stir until melted. Add 1/2 cups chopped California walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour in greased 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm. Yields approximately 2 1/4 pounds.
