PECAN RING | |
1 loaf of frozen bread dough 1 sm. pkg. regular vanilla pudding 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 stick butter 1 c. pecan pieces Slightly thaw dough until you can cut it into 8 slices. Cut each slice into 4 pieces. Grease bundt or angel food cake pan. Sprinkle 1 cup pecan pieces in bottom of pan. Lay dough pieces on top of nuts. Mix together pudding, sugar and cinnamon. Place over dough pieces. Pour 1 stick melted butter over all. Let set overnight. Do not cover. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. When done, turn upside down onto large plate immediately. Serve. |
