PECAN FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks melted butter
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. marshmallow creme

Cream melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Mix flour and cocoa. Add pecans. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9"x13" pan. Spread with 1 pint of marshmallow creme while hot. Cool. Then cover with your favorite chocolate frosting.
