WHITE PECAN FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. pecans
1 c. white syrup
1 c. + 2 tbsp. Carnation milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Boil all together up to 240 degrees. Take off heat. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Let set 25 minutes. Beat until thick. Cut while warm.
