PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM (ICE TRAY) 
Melt 16 marshmallows with 1 cup of milk. Chill until thick and syrupy. Add 1 cup heavy cream (not H.P. Hoods). Add a few drops of red food coloring. Then 3/4 cup of crushed peppermint candy. Freeze in ice tray.
