WATERMELON ICE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites
2 c. chopped & seeded watermelon
1/4 c. lime juice
1 tray ice cubes

In covered blender, blend watermelon, sugar, juice and egg whites at high speed until smooth. Remove center cover of blender; add ice cubes one at a time, blending after each addition until ice is finely crushed. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch baking pan; freeze until partially frozen, stirring occasionally for about an hour. Serve in small glasses.
