CAROB NUT BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. raw sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
2/3 c. sifted whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 c. carob powder
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins or 2/3 c. shredded coconut

Mix above ingredients, then pour into 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 an hour. When cool, frost with Carob Frosting.

CAROB FROSTING:

1 c. raw sugar
1 tbsp. carob powder
1/3 c. light cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
