4 - H POTATO SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked & diced potatoes (triple for lg. amt.)
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
3 boiled eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix sugar, vinegar and potatoes together; then add remaining ingredients. Serves 4.
