4 STACK CAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 (13 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Bake all ingredients for crust 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip and spread over crust. Mix chocolate pudding and milk, pour over second layer. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top.
