YUM YUM DESSERT 
2 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant pudding any flavor
1 1/2 c. milk
60 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Set ice cream in refrigerator for a while until soft, then mix the first 3 ingredients with a mixer.

Mix crackers and melted butter and form a crust in your serving dish. Pour in pudding mixture and freeze until ready to serve.

This can be frozen a few days.
