AMBROSIA 
1 lg. pkg. miniature marshmallows
4 pts. sour cream
7 oz. pkg. coconut
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks, drained
3 lg. cans mandarin oranges, drained
3 pts. frozen or fresh strawberries
1 (16 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
1 (6 or 12 oz.) bag chopped nuts

Two days before serving, mix marshmallows, sour cream and coconut; refrigerate. Mix remaining ingredients into sour cream. Serves 30. Recipe may be cut in half.
