VEAL SCALOPPINE WITH MARSALA | |
1 lb. veal scaloppine 1/3 c. flour 6 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. dry marsala wine Salt & pepper Roll veal in flour. Saute in butter in large skillet for 2-3 minutes each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; add marsala. Simmer for 2 minutes more. Serves 4. |
