VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. pkg. cheese crackers, crushed
Salt & pepper

Mix together all ingredients except cheese crackers and butter. Melt butter and mix thoroughly with crushed crackers. Place vegetable mixture in a casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese and top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
