1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 bottle red food coloring
1 c. chopped pecans

Topping:

1 box confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all the above ingredients and spread in bottom of jelly roll pan. Next mix together the topping and pour on top of cake mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Do not over cook.
