TACO DELIGHT 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. dry minute rice
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Grated Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Tortilla chips

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet, about five minutes; add salsa, tomato sauce, and bouillon cube. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, grated cheese, and tortilla chips. Makes four servings.
