Been making these cookies since I was old enough to stand in chair and help mom and older sisters. Only thing we do different is that we use 1 tsp vanilla. Love these cookies so much and very easy for anyone to make and they are not dry like one made with flour.

Excellent cookies! I even omitted the sugar (pb is sweet enough for our taste) and used 1 egg white. I made a batch with choc chips food the kids, and one with fresh blueberries....so good!

Seriously had my doubts. So surprised. Best cookie ever. I used less sugar 2/3 instead of full cup on my 2nd batch and they were even better. Can these be made with artificial sweetener or stevia? Great protein yumminess. My go to cookie for sure!!

Love this easy recipe I substituted half a cup of peanut butter for Nutella and add some nutroll pieces to it...they kinda melted but still really yummy

Very good but very sweet if you make them as per the recipe above. Next time I am going to add oatmeal and/or use less sugar.

This is an amazing recipe! I saw that I was out of baking soda and googled substitutions. This recipe came up and will now be a regular go to for our household. I agree that they are a little on the sweet side, but unlike other baking recipes, you can cut down on the sugar without messing up the whole recipe. So excited to have found this. Very easy and a good last minute go to when you have a sweet tooth. Oh and EXTREMELY inexpensive to make!
