HOT VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag green beans
1 bag sliced carrots
1 bag cauliflower

Parboil the vegetables.

SAUCE:

2 c. Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 can cream of mushroom soup

Blend cheese, onion and soup; mix with vegetables. Place mixture in buttered 9"x13" pan.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix cheeses and crumbs together; add melted butter. Sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold.
