BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. chocolate morsels
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven at 425 degrees. Place 1 cup of chocolate morsels in unbaked pie shell. Combine sugar and flour; pour in eggs slightly beaten, pour in melted butter. Then add vanilla, vinegar and buttermilk. Mix well and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
