2 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1/3 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. nuts, optional
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oats, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
