SOUR CREAM SUGARED NUTS 
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 pecan halves

Mix cream and sugar to 223 degrees, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir rapidly until coated. Spread and separate nuts. Cool. Store in airtight container. Will keep 3-4 months.
