SUGAR NUTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. cold water
3 c. walnut halves
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, honey and water in pan and cook until it reaches soft ball stage (238 degrees). Remove from heat and add nuts and vanilla. Stir until syrup becomes creamy and thick. Turn onto wax paper to harden, then break into pieces.
