WHITE POTATO PIE 
1 1/4 c. potatoes
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. flavoring (any flavoring)

Cook potatoes until soft. Mix flour, sugar and salt; set aside. Mash potatoes and add egg yolks, milk and butter to this. Add flour mixture. Cook until pie consistency then add flavoring, add to cooked pie shell. Add meringue, sprinkle cinnamon on top and brown in oven.
