2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Baker's angel flake coconut

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter, and vanilla in blender. Cover and mix on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Let stand for about 5 minutes; sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
