ALL SEASON PEACH PIE 
9 inch pie shell
2 lb. cans peaches, drained
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. heavy cream
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

Arrange peach halves, cut side up in pie shell. Combine sugar, cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, salt, cream and vanilla. Pour over peaches in shell, sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve with whipped cream.
