CARROT PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
An old favorite, especially with grandchildren. 1 (3 oz.) lemon or orange gelatin dessert 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 med. sized carrots, grated Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add crushed pineapple, including juice. Stir in grated carrots. Pour into ring mold or 8 individual Pyrex dishes. |
