KOREAN SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach (washed & torn)
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 lb. bacon, crumbles

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, grated

Mix dressing well, and set aside. Place other ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with dressing just before serving. Dressing keeps well.
