ONE DISH MEAL | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 or 2 carrots Salt and pepper to taste Dash of Worcestershire sauce 3 or 4 potatoes 1/4 c. onion 1 beef bouillon cube Cut carrots, potatoes, and onions and place in 3 quart saucepan. Cover with water. Make 10-12 hamburger patties and brown in skillet. While meat is browning, bring vegetables to boil. After meat is browned, add vegetables and water to meat. Add bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook for about 30- 45 minutes over low heat. |
