ONE DISH MEAL 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
3 average sized potatoes
4 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 c. frozen peas
1 can tomato sauce
Approx. 1 c. grated cheese

Brown hamburger, onion and celery together. In a deep baking dish, slice potatoes and carrots together. Put peas on top of these. Put browned hamburger on top of vegetables. Pour tomato sauce over all. Season vegetables as you place them in dish. Bake in 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Put grated cheese on top a few minutes before taking from oven.

This can be varied by using corn instead of peas and of course using as many vegetables as you wish. Tomato sauce will appear dry when it is finished but it will be good.
