ORZO CASSEROLE 
1 box orzo
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. onion soup, mixed together with 1 c. boiling water
1 cube butter, melted
10 lg. mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted

Boil orzo 10 minutes and drain. Saute onions and mushrooms lightly. Add butter and rest of ingredients to drained orzo and pour into a 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
