CARAMEL POP CORN 
6 qts. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white syrup (Karo)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter, syrup and salt. On medium heat, stir until starts to boil. After starts to boil do not stir any more. Cook 5 minutes. Add soda and vanilla. Stir until foams. Pour over popped corn and stir well. Bake in pans or cookie sheets at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
