CARAMEL CAKE | |
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 box German chocolate cake mix Do cake as directed in 350 degree oven. Pour half in 13"x9" floured pan and bake for 20 plus minutes (the cake should just begin to pull away from the sides of the pan). Mix 2 cups of caramels and Eagle Brand milk. Melt together on the stove. Pour over the cake. Cover caramel layer with the remaining cake batter. Bake 20 plus minutes, until the top does not appear moist. Cool. FROSTING: 1 env. Dream Whip 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Mix dry Dream Whip with Cool Whip and frost. |
