BAKED CRANBERRIES AND BANANAS 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cranberries
6 firm ripe bananas
2 tbsp. butter
Salt

Boil sugar and 1/2 cup water 5 minutes. Add berries, boil 5 minutes or until all berries have popped. Put peeled whole bananas in baking dish. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with salt. Pour cranberries over top. Bake at 375 degrees; 15 minutes or until bananas are soft. Cool. Serves 6.
