LEMON SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS (OR
ANY MEAT)
 
2 eggs, separated
2 c. beef broth
Juice of 1 lemon

Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in beaten egg yolks and lemon juice. Cook meatballs in 2 cups beef broth. When done, remove meatballs, pour broth in egg mixture and then pour over meatballs.
