SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN | |
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix 1 sm. jar apricot jam 1 sm. bottle Russian salad dressing (Pfieffer) 1 cut up chicken or 5 chicken breasts Combine first 3 ingredients, dip chicken and put in deep roasting pan. Pour remaining mixture over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour, spooning mixture over chicken throughout cooking. Serve with rice; drippings may be put on rice. |
