SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (more if desired)
1/4 c. butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. ground pecans

Mix the potatoes, butter, sugar, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour into 9 x 9 inch dish. Combine the topping ingredients as follows; brown sugar, butter, flour and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly, stir in pecans.

Spread on top of sweet potato mixture in dish. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. When done, place under broiler to make topping crunchy (praline-like) being careful not to burn topping.
