KETCHUP 
1 gallon tomato juice
3 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper (black)
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cook on high all ingredients until it boils. Then cook until desired thickness. Place in jars and seal.
