KALE SOUP 
Oil
Onions
Linguica
Cher ico
Stew meat (choose 1 or 2 meats)
Soup bones (choose 1 or 2 meats)
1 can red kidney beans
Potatoes
Carrots
Kale (fresh or frozen)
1 c. elbow macaroni
Salt, pepper and red pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS ARE MEASURED TO YOUR OWN PREFERENCE.

Saute onions in small amount of oil. Add salt, red pepper and black pepper. Add meat, saute. Add beans with liquid, saute. Add water, potatoes, carrots and bring to a boil. Add kale and macaroni, boil. Reduce heat, simmer until kale and macaroni are tender.
