KALE SOUP 
6 c. water
1 linguica
2 lbs. potatoes
Salt to own taste
1 bu. kale
3 tbsp. olive oil

Boil 6 cups of water and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Peel potatoes and put in water. Mash the potatoes. Slice kale very fine and wash kale with cold water. Put kale in soup pan. Cut linguica and put in soup pan. Let boil without pan cover for 15 minutes and ready to serve.
